At Cheam we are about to embark on the most ambitious development yet to create a fantastic Art & Design centre coupled with new facilities for the Pre-Prep.
The building design is uncompromisingly contemporary. The new building will incorporate sustainable technologies including passive natural ventilation and heating systems which will reduce its 'carbon footprint'.
Within the building will be a state of the art Art & Design centre on the top floor and, on the ground floor, classrooms and an assembly hall for the Pre-Prep.
Work will commence in September 2011 and will be completed within a year.
